My journey into the field of corporate laws and governance began with a strong interest in understanding how businesses are structured, regulated, and sustained. Over time, this interest evolved into a focused professional path centred on helping organisations navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks while enabling efficient and compliant operations.

Early on, I developed a strong foundation in corporate law, securities regulations, and compliance practices, which shaped my approach towards disciplined and detail-oriented work. This foundation, combined with continuous learning, has helped me interpret legal provisions in a practical and business-oriented manner.

Professionally, I have gained experience across a range of corporate assignments through my association with reputed firms. My work has involved corporate compliance, foreign investment matters, transaction advisory, and due diligence. I am a Chartered Accountant with experience in taxation, audit, and financial advisory, focused on providing practical and result-oriented solutions to businesses. My approach is to not just ensure compliance, but also help clients make informed financial decisions that support their growth.

Over the years, I have handled a wide range of assignments including Income Tax compliances and audits, GST filings and audits, departmental representations, bank audits, and statutory audits. I have also worked on valuation assignments, financial advisory, and international taxation, which allows me to offer well-rounded guidance across different financial and regulatory areas.
